Role Overview Brillio is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead BFSI marketing programmes across banking, financial services and insurance sector. This role will drive field marketing, ABM, demand generation, executive engagement and sales-aligned campaigns that create access, open buying centres, accelerate opportunities and support pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate is an AI-native marketer who uses AI as part of their everyday workflow—to uncover account and buyer insights, identify opportunities, personalize engagement, accelerate execution, and continuously improve marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities Define and execute BFSI go-to-market and field marketing plans for priority existing accounts and net-new targets.
