Skilled Facility Medical Director - Primary Care Physician - MD - DO

In this clinical physician lead role, under supervision of the CMO, you will have several clinical responsibilities, along with some specified administrative responsibilities. While providing day-to-day clinical care to residents residing in facilities as well as home bound patients, you will practice and role-model ethical and evidence-based decision-making to promote the vision and mission of the company to other practitioners and staff.
