About the Role Our Customer Success organization is at the heart of BrightEdge, helping customers get the most value from our digital marketing technology. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you'll work directly with new customers as they begin using the BrightEdge platform, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping them build a strong foundation for success. You'll learn our platform and the technology behind it, including how SEO, AI, and search are evolving, and then translate that knowledge into clear, engaging customer conversations. You'll lead onboarding sessions, answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and help customers understand how to apply the platform to their own goals.
