We're partnering with one of Latin America's leading venture capital firms to hire exceptional, AI-native Investment Analysts to join its investment team.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of venture capital, technology, and entrepreneurship, alongside some of the region's most innovative founders and investors.

This isn't a traditional analyst role. It's an immersive learning experience for people who are deeply curious, analytical, and entrepreneurial—individuals who want to learn from and contribute to one of the most dynamic investment teams in Latin America.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Explore the Latin American startup ecosystem, identifying emerging founders, unconventional ideas, and overlooked opportunities with the potential to become category-defining companies.
• Participate in the evaluation of investment opportunities through market research, company analysis, and investment discussions alongside the broader investment team.
• Support the structuring, diligence, and execution of new investment transactions.
• Work closely with portfolio companies, helping founders navigate technical, operational, and strategic challenges as they scale.
• Research and synthesize insights on emerging technologies, AI, new markets, and industry trends.
• Bring your own perspective, technical intuition, and curiosity to help the investment team continuously learn and evolve.

WHO YOU ARE

• Based in—or willing to relocate to—Buenos Aires, São Paulo, or Mexico City.
• A student, graduate, or self-taught builder from a quantitative or technical background such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Recognized for academic excellence, technical achievements, competitive programming, research, or other standout accomplishments.
• Curious, proactive, highly autonomous, and someone who enjoys learning independently.
• Passionate about technology, AI, startups, and innovation, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• An excellent communicator who enjoys both learning from others and sharing ideas.
• Comfortable programming, analyzing data, or building technical projects. Startup experience or side projects are a strong plus.
• Ideally early in your career.
• Fluent in English. Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus.
