What will your role be?

As a Coating Operator within Bradken Lima (Linings S.A.)’s Production team, you will take on a technical, hands-on role in our fabrication shop. In this role, you will perform rubber lining on liners in line with current codes, specifications, and standards , ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently .

Key responsibilities:

• Perform all lining tasks required by the area lead, according to work orders .
• Laminate rubber on the mill and prepare mixes as needed to execute tasks.
• Communicate and work closely with Quality Control .
• Support general workshop requirements and maintain order and cleanliness .
• Maintain a safe work environment , complying with labor practices and health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: High school.
• Employment certificate in a similar role.
• At least 1 year of experience in rubber lining.
• Knowledge of lining types, rubber milling/lamination, materials, metrology, calculations, quality control, and ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings.
• Operation of power tools (grinder, angle grinder, etc.).

Skills competencies:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines .
• Ability to interpret technical information and instructions .
• Effective teamwork , with organization, planning, and attention to detail .

Job location: Lima, Lima, Peru ( Cercado de Lima plant).
