We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Manager to lead the crew and assist the General Manager in daily operations. You’ll support your team, and make sure every customer walks away with a smile.

• 👥 Building, training, and inspiring your team
• 🥇 Ensuring top-notch customer service every time
• 🍴 Upholding our food safety and quality standards
• 💡 Driving sales and hitting KPIs
• 🛠️ Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly
• 🥑 Managing stock, wastage and deliveries
• 🙌 Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment

✨ What We're Looking For:

• ✅ 1 years’ experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment
• 🚀 Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership
• 🎯 Great communicator and natural problem-solver
• 📈 Results-driven with a passion for people and great food
• 💪 Calm under pressure and cool with multitasking
• 🪜 Ready to climb the ladder and progress
