Sr/Mid Talent Management Associate

What you will do:

A Sr/Mid Talent Management Associate's main objective is to attract, engage, and develop talent that can contribute to Bobobox's success. What your key accountability looks like:

• Understand the end-to-end process of HR management.
• Understand the core business process of Bobobox.
• Maintain a productive, professional, and empathetic relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives across branches and HQ.
• Develop and own learning & development programs.
• Drive company culture & values initiatives.
• Drive employer branding initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform retention and engagement strategies.
• Coach and guide junior associates in day-to-day tasks and professional growth.

You will fit in this job if you are/have:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology is preferred
• Min. 4 years of work experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role in a startup company
• Preferably have experience as an HR generalist
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment
• Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
• High sense of ownership
• Good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a team or independently with minimal supervision
• Disciplined and good time management skills
• Able to perform well under pressure
• Good interpersonal communication skills
