Engineering Staff - Bobocabin Kawah Ijen, Banyuwangi

As Engineering Staff, you keep the facilities and equipment at Bobocabin Kawah Ijen safe, working and ready for guests. You report directly to the Branch Leader.

What you will do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Inspect cabins, public areas and equipment regularly to spot and fix issues before they affect guests.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and the branch team quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for more complex repairs.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work for reporting and planning.

You will fit in this job if you:

• Have at least a High School diploma; a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent) is preferred.
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a technician or engineer; hotel maintenance/engineering experience is a plus.
• Are willing to be assigned to areas selected by management.
• Are willing to work overtime and outside operational hours when needed.
