Technical, Quality & Compliance Lead - Gifting (Food, Drink, Home & Lifestyle)

Starting with the Bloom & Wild brand, we're expanding our gifting offering to other categories like cakes, candles and cocktails. 🛠️ Procurement Team @ Bloom & Wild Group You’ll be joining the engine room of Bloom & Wild’s fastest-growing categories. While we are known for our flowers, our Procurement & Technical team owns end-to-end management of our non-horticultural range: from fresh-baked treats, chocolate and drinks to candles, home and lifestyle gifts. As our gifting range grows, and more of it is our own brand, we’re expanding the team to bring technical expertise in-house alongside our Strategic Procurement and Supply Chain pillars. As our first dedicated technical hire for gifting, you’ll report to the Head of Procurement & Inventory and be the technical lead for every non-floral product we sell. The role is primarily UK-focused, with a smaller remit supporting our other European markets. You’ll work closely with our Range, Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain, Brand and Warehouse teams, as well as our on-site quality team. This is a rare opportunity to build a technical function from the ground up and see your work directly protect our customers and our brand as we scale.
