Construction Project Manager (Industrial)

Our SelectLeaders client, a privately held commercial and industrial real estate development company, is seeking a Director of Construction to support the planning and execution of commercial and industrial development projects from pre-construction through closeout.

The Director will help coordinate consultants and contractors, review project information, monitor cost and schedule performance, and resolve day-to-day issues so projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the company's business objectives. This role will own assigned work streams and routine decisions within delegated authority, while escalating material cost, schedule, contractual, or risk issues to senior construction and executive leadership.
