Tax Director

The Tax Director provides strategic leadership and oversight for the firm's internal tax function, including federal, state, local, partnership, and individual tax compliance for the firm and its owners. This role is responsible for establishing tax strategy, ensuring effective tax governance, managing risk, and advising finance and firm leadership on complex tax matters. The Tax Director leads planning, reporting, compliance, research, and process improvement efforts to ensure accurate, timely, and well-controlled tax operations across the organization.
