Solutions Resource Supervisor

Summary/Objective The Solutions Resource Supervisor is responsible for managing pooled technical resources within the Solutions organization. This role focuses on aligning technician skills and capacity with project demand, ensuring efficient utilization, balanced workloads, and consistent delivery quality across all Solutions initiatives. The Resource Manager partners closely with Project Managers, Program Management, and Technical Leads to ensure projects are staffed with the right expertise at the right time.
