Summary/Objective The Business Analyst (BA), Internal Systems and AI Automation owns business analysis, requirements, testing, delivery support, and product-governance activities for internally developed systems, AI, and process automation initiatives. The role leads discovery with business teams, translates opportunities into development-ready requirements, and supports initiatives through delivery, adoption, and measurable business value.
