Quality Manager- Iraq

• Develop and implement the Quality policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with local requirements and international quality standards.
• Montior Service and operational quality and key performance indicators.
• Lead internal quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare quality reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote a strong quality culture across the organization.
• Monitor customer and employee satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of ISO standards and quality management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related filed.
• 5-10 years of experience in quality management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Internal audits, and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma and Kaizen.
