Growth Manager (B2B SaaS)
While we welcome applications from everywhere, please note that at this stage we are prioritizing candidates who are already based in Stockholm and eligible to work in Sweden without visa sponsorship.
We are Bambuser, and we are reshaping commerce
We operate in one of the most exciting industries of our time: Video Commerce. We're helping over 250 of the world’s most iconic brands (LVMH, Audi, Sisley Paris, Sephora, Benefit, Decathlon, Sonos) adapt to the new way people want to shop online.
People no longer want to browse through endless static grids of products. They want to see, ask, and buy because they trust what they’re seeing.
That evolution is happening through video, and that’s exactly what we help brands bring into their online shopping experiences.
About the role
We're looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Growth Manager to help us build a scalable, AI-powered growth engine.
This isn't a traditional marketing management role. You'll own growth experiments, challenge conventional approaches, and use creativity, technology and data to turn demand into measurable business opportunities.
You'll join a small, cross-functional team with dedicated engineering capabilities, AI-powered content production, marketing automation and access to customer and commercial data.
Your mission: discover what drives qualified pipeline, prove it works, and scale it.
What you'll own
1. Growth strategy and experimentation
- Own and prioritize the growth experimentation roadmap, with a focus on qualified pipeline and sustainable acquisition economics.
- Identify new ways to reach, engage and convert our ideal customers across enterprise/demo-led and self-serve motions.
- Develop and execute creative, low-cost experiments across acquisition, conversion, content, partnerships and lifecycle marketing.
- Rapidly evaluate results, eliminate ineffective approaches and scale successful initiatives.
- Build repeatable growth playbooks rather than isolated campaigns.
2. Demand generation and conversion
- Drive qualified traffic and engagement through organic, paid and unconventional channels.
- Turn website engagement, campaign activity and buying-intent signals into qualified sales opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales and BDRs to improve account prioritization, messaging and follow-up.
- Experiment with landing pages, conversion journeys, lead nurturing, retargeting and account-based marketing.
- Support both self-serve conversion and enterprise pipeline generation, prioritizing the motions with the strongest commercial potential.
3. AI-powered growth execution
- Leverage AI and automation platforms to accelerate campaign creation, execution, analysis and optimization.
- Collaborate with our GTM Engineer to improve automated content production, account intelligence and marketing workflows.
- Develop creative campaign concepts and use internal and external resources to produce and distribute compelling content.
- Translate successful experiments into scalable, automated processes.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI-powered marketing capabilities and apply them pragmatically.
You won't be expected to engineer every system yourself, but you should be technically curious, highly resourceful and comfortable working directly with modern growth tools.
4. Cross-functional ownership
- Drive growth initiatives across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data and Sales.
- Coordinate internal specialists, creative resources and technology partners to deliver experiments quickly.
- Take ownership of the growth backlog and day-to-day execution priorities.
- Establish a clear operating rhythm with transparent goals, learnings and accountability.
What success looks like
It's measured by your ability to:
- Generate qualified engagement, leads and sales conversations from target accounts.
- Improve conversion from existing demand into qualified pipeline.
- Discover repeatable, economically sustainable growth channels.
- Increase experimentation speed while maintaining measurement discipline.
- Build a growth operation that scales through technology, automation and smart collaboration rather than headcount alone.
Who you are
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, growth marketing or similar entrepreneurial environments.
- A demonstrated track record of independently developing and executing growth experiments.
- Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of B2B sales funnels, buyer journeys and pipeline generation.
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills, with the confidence to experiment beyond conventional paid marketing.
- Hands-on experience with modern marketing platforms, CRM systems, performance marketing and automation tools.
- Strong proficiency using AI tools to improve productivity, content, research and marketing execution.
- Comfort working with data, understanding attribution and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
- The ability to lead cross-functional execution without requiring a large team or formal management authority.
- You take initiative, ownership and have a strong bias toward action.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM or marketing automation.
- Experience building growth engines in small, resource-constrained teams.
- Familiarity with AI agents, no-code automation and growth technology stacks.
- Experience with both enterprise sales-led and product-led growth.
- Background in e-commerce, retail technology or martech.
Why join Bambuser?
You'll have the opportunity to shape how a global commerce technology company grows.
Rather than inheriting a fixed playbook, you'll help create one. You'll work with technical and creative resources, experiment with emerging AI capabilities, and have real ownership over the commercial impact of your work.
We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do, who enjoys turning ambiguous challenges into action, and who wants to build something that lasts.
