SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER What We Are Looking For We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to drive the design and delivery of innovative automation solutions and AI-powered applications. This role requires a strong technical background combined with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders, understand operational challenges, and develop modern solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and workflow automation technologies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about software engineering, automation, and artificial intelligence, bringing both hands-on development expertise and a strategic vision for the evolution of AI-driven capabilities.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Engage directly with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and operational pain points.
• Design and develop applications and workflow automations using modern AI and LLM-based technologies.
• Contribute to the evolution of data-driven architectures by integrating AI and automation capabilities.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and strategic directions for future AI initiatives.
• Support the growth of AI capabilities and potentially evolve into a team leadership role, including mentoring and team development activities.

Your Key Skills

• Strong software engineering expertise with at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Solid understanding of workflow automation and application development.
• Experience working with AI and LLM-based tools, including agents, RAG solutions, or automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Your Main Qualifications

• Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience developing data-driven applications and workflows.
• Previous mentoring or team leadership experience is considered a plus.
• Expert level of English.
