What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international project within the financial services sector.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and IT teams, contributing to the analysis, definition, and implementation of business requirements. You will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, helping ensure that solutions meet business needs while maintaining quality, efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong analytical skills, experience in financial services environments, and a passion for delivering business value through technology.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Contribute to preliminary studies with Business.
• Clarify, analyze from a critical and constructive perspective and challenge the need expressed by the Business.
• Formalize the functional requirements and have it validated by the Business;
• Provide functional expertise.
• Ensure, contribute on functional testing activities and assist the Business in conducting user tests.
• Follow the various phases of the projects/release.
• Respect workflows, planning and deadlines and ensure a good level of reporting.
• Requirement formalization and Change Request cycle.
• Use of BA best practices.

Your Main Qualifications

• Experienced Business Analyst.
• Master’s Degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax or Law.
• Minimum 4 years financial industry experience with an emphasis on Custody activity.
• Experience at Waterfall methodology and JIRA use.
• Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL).
• Overall general IT knowledge and Custody knowledge are a plus.
• Fluency in English.
