BMS & Control Panel Technician
We are looking for a BMS & Control Panel Technician with hands-on experience in the assembly, installation, and wiring of electrical control panels and Building Management Systems (BMS) . The candidate should be able to read electrical drawings and perform wiring, testing, and installation works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Requirements
1. Electrical Control Panel Works
- Assemble and install electrical control panel components.
- Install and wire electrical circuit breakers MCB and MCCB .
- Install contactors, relays, timers, and power supplies.
- Perform internal wiring according to approved electrical drawings.
- Install and organize Wire Ducts and ensure proper finishing quality.
- Label and identify wires and components inside control panels.
- Perform necessary testing and ensure the safety and quality of all connections.
2. BMS Works
- Install and wire BMS DDC Controllers .
- Connect various sensors, including Temperature, Humidity, and Pressure Sensors .
- Connect Actuators and Control Valves .
- Install and wire digital and analog I/O points (DI, DO, AI, AO) .
- Test wiring integrity and verify connections against BMS drawings.
- Assist with testing and Commissioning activities under the supervision of the BMS Engineer.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Control .
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical control panel assembly and wiring and/or BMS systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLD) .
- Good knowledge of electrical control components and BMS systems .
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment, including:
- Multimeter
- Clamp Meter
- Megger

- Johnson Controls
- Siemens
- MCC Panels
- Niagara Framework
- KNX
