Senior Surveyor - Associate Director - Industrial Agency

The Avison Young Industrial team are currently recruiting for a Surveyor (Senior - Associate Director dependent on experience) to assist predominantly with lettings/sales and acquisition of industrial property and land. • Inspecting buildings throughout Manchester and the North West reporting on disposal/acquisition options and strategy for a mixture of Occupiers/Developers/Investors
