Mobile Facilities Manager

General Duties The Mobile FM reports to the Regional FM lead. The role will include but is not limited to:

• Ensure all services suitable and necessary for the full and effective operation of the properties are in accordance with the provisions of the leases and as agreed with the Management Surveyor.
• Prepare, monitor and reconcile in conjunction with the management surveyor service charge budgets in accordance with the RICS Code of Practice.
