People & Culture Officer (Talent, Performance & Systems)

Position overview This role serves as the operational engine across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding. It is critical to ensuring that our people systems, workflows, documentation, and staff lifecycle processes run smoothly, consistently, and efficiently. Additionally, this role is a foundational support layer for the wider organization, partnering closely within the People & Culture team and beyond to manage the team inbox and apply internal policies within a fast-paced, globally distributed, and highly collaborative environment.

By taking ownership of talent execution, performance cycle support, systems administration, and frontline staff inquiries, this role increases the team's operational capacity and ensures our people frameworks are responsive, user-friendly, and culturally aligned.
