Associate Attorney: Healthcare

Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Specifically seeking candidates with an interest in focusing on the health care industry. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, have excellent oral and written communication skills, have excellent drafting skills, and have strong corporate transactional/M&A and health care regulatory experience.
