Dutch Back Office - Automative Sector 2K

We are looking for Back Office Customer Support Agents to support Stellantis Connected Services across multiple European markets. The role focuses on handling customer cases, processing requests and supporting connected services through back-office activities while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supporting, motivating and developing your team while ensuring high standards of performance and customer service.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage customer cases from initial request through to resolution.
• Process back-office requests accurately and efficiently.
• Support Connected Services and vehicle-related enquiries.
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver high-quality service while meeting quality and SLA standards.

Requirements

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• Strong command of English
• Previous experience in CS roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop team members
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, Monday to Friday

• €1,400 gross base salary + €150 language allowance
• Performance bonus up to €100/month
• €7 meal allowance per working day
