Your Role:

• You will be managing the Fire Surveying Team on a day-to-day basis to deliver fire surveys across the contract.
• You will be reviewing active and passive fire protection documentation, including surveys, maintenance outputs, fire strategies and fire risk assessments.
• You will be attending sites as required to verify reports, surveys and project requirements.
• You will be producing and presenting lifecycle justification packs for required replacement works.
• You will be supporting assurance and compliance activities to maintain fire safety standards.
• You will be liaising with stakeholders, prioritising workloads and ensuring documentation is completed and submitted appropriately.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: You will hold Fire Manager Advanced training or an equivalent NVQ Level 4/5 qualification in a relevant subject, together with an appropriate project management qualification such as APM or PRINCE, be computer literate and hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience: You will have a strong understanding of UK fire safety legislation, experience carrying out site-based inspections, the ability to interpret technical drawings and reports, and a proven project management delivery approach.
• Skills: You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, work collaboratively, maintain high quality standards, be customer focused, support continuous improvement and always work in accordance with health and safety requirements.
