Clinic Schedule & Hours: Monday: 7:15am-5:30pm (Centennial) Tuesday: 6:45am-5:00pm (Castle Rock) Wednesday: 7:15am-5:30pm (Centennial) Thursday: 6:45am-5:00pm (Castle Rock)
