Agentic Process Consultant
Build the Future with AspenView Technology Partners
At AspenView, we are passionate about transforming the way organizations approach technology. We specialize in creating high-performing, nearshore IT teams to help North American clients innovate faster and more efficiently.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for exceptional people to join our team and help drive impactful change across industries.
Why Join AspenView?
At AspenView, we’re more than a nearshore IT partner—we’re a people-first, purpose-driven company that believes great culture drives great outcomes. We’re passionate about connecting talent and technology to deliver measurable value for clients—and meaningful career paths for our people.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Competitive base
- Flexible work model: hybrid, remote, or in-office
- Real growth opportunities and leadership visibility
- Inclusive, respectful culture that blends U.S. innovation with Colombian heart
- A company that listens, invests in you, and celebrates wins together
We’re looking for an Agentic Process Consultant to help an international client move from tracking work by hand to an operating model where Claude prepares the work and people make the decisions. You’ll redesign how tax planning, financial controlling, wealth planning and investment management run, and you’ll be the person the team trusts to make the change stick. Day to day, you’ll work with the client’s product owner and an AspenView Agentic Engineer, with AspenView’s architectural oversight reviewing your designs.
What you will do:
Discovery Process Mapping
- Map tax planning, financial controlling, wealth planning and investment management end to end, from analysis through capital deployment and follow-up.
- Sit with the people who do the work to see how it actually runs today.
- Write down an operation that currently has no documentation.
Agentic Process Design Governance
- Redesign each service block around Claude as the operating agent: what the agent prepares, what a person decides, and where approval gates sit.
- Write the SOPs, policies and decision rights (who approves what, for which legal entity, up to what limit) for both the team and the agent.
- Write Claude instructions, Projects or Skills that make repeatable tasks reliable,
- Pair with the Agentic Engineer: you own process and decision rights, they own the data model, connections and skills.
Agile Delivery Stakeholder Management
- Run the transformation with the client’s product owner: backlog, two-week sprints and demos.
- Move through the phases: discovery, a pilot, then redesign of the remaining blocks before they’re built.
Collaboration Enablement
- Work with product and delivery teams to turn target workflows into shipped automation.
- Document prompt strategies and MCP configurations so the wider team can adopt and extend them.
- Bring your designs to AspenView’s architectural review and the monthly client steering session.
Adoption, Training Handover
- Make monday.com updates happen as part of the work instead of as a separate chore.
- Report adoption honestly: hours saved, how current the board stays, and what people stopped doing.
- Train the team in both hubs on their real work.
- Hand the process side to the client’s internal owner so it keeps working after you leave.
Tools Technologies:
- Platforms Infrastructure: Microsoft Business Central, monday.com (Jira, Asana or Azure Boards a plus), BPMN or process mining tools (preferred).
- Governance Data Protection: Access scoped by family branch, full activity logging, GDPR or comparable data protection practices.
- Data AI: Claude (Projects, Skills), Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, MCP connectors (preferred), Microsoft Copilot (preferred).
What you bring: Experience:
- Experience: 5+ years running or redesigning finance operations from the inside, for example a multi-entity month-end close, consolidation, tax calendars or investment operations. You’ve also turned undocumented work into SOPs and decision rights that people actually use.
- Consulting / Leadership: You’ve mapped and redesigned processes with the people who run them, and led change with skeptical users through backlogs and short sprints until new habits stuck.
- AI Fluency: You use Claude hands-on every day and can write the instructions, Projects or Skills that make it reliable.
- Languages: Strong Spanish and English, enough to run a workshop with senior finance and tax people without an interpreter.
- Mindset: Discreet with sensitive family data, honest about results, persistent, and focused on whether people keep using what you build.
- Availability: Based in Latin America and able to start early (around 7:00 UTC-5) to overlap with a team in two time zones
- Demonstrable experience using Claude Code and/or Codex to ship real software — beyond experimentation.
- Experience building or extending MCP servers and tools: tool-schema design, authentication and scopes, and validation.
- Working understanding of multi-agent orchestration — subagents and agent teams, context management and basic failure handling in agentic loops.
- Solid prompt and context engineering skills, and the judgment to know when to trust an agent versus intervene directly.
- Exposure to evals for assessing agent output, and a security-aware mindset (least-privilege access, sandboxing, safe secrets handling).
- Excellent English communication skills — clear written design docs and the confidence to engage North American, UK, and European stakeholders directly.
- Nice to have: Experience in a family office, wealth management, private banking or fiduciary services; cross-border tax or capital calls and investment committees; a product owner, scrum master or delivery lead role; administration of monday.com, Jira, Asana or Azure Boards; an ERP plus Power BI or Fabric from the requirements side; or a finance, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci or agile certification.
