We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

THE ROLE

To help power this journey, we are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our People & Culture team, based in London and partnering directly with our Transport Business Unit. In this role, you will serve as the primary architect of people strategy for a dedicated part of the Transport function.

In this senior individual contributor role, you will guide senior leadership through complex organizational design, rapid transformation, and post-merger integration. Navigating the natural ambiguity of a fast-growing environment, you will translate ambitious business targets into simple, data-driven people plans.

Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will collaborate closely with key partners across Talent & Culture, People Operations, and Reward to drive our unified "One Arrive" way of working. This position offers a direct opportunity to drive high-value strategy and scale team structures across our European hubs.

How to make an impact

  • Develop and implement scalable people frameworks and processes that directly fuel customer impact.
  • Lead end-to-end organizational change, including rapid scaling, structural optimization, and post-acquisition stabilization.
  • Act as a high-level coach and trusted advisor to leaders, challenging thinking and providing expert guidance on complex people matters.
  • Utilize people analytics to monitor organizational health, engagement, and retention, pivoting strategies based on evidence.
  • Identify critical talent gaps and lead robust succession planning to ensure leadership continuity during hyper-growth.
  • Influence global performance management and compensation frameworks to drive high performance and innovation.
  • Build and refine team structures from scratch to support shifting business models while proactively fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Partner with local entities and Works Councils on strategic people topics, ensuring legal compliance and cultural alignment.

About you

You are a resilient, adaptable, and prestige-less professional who thrives on servant leadership and business impact over status. You excel in fast-paced environments where building frameworks from scratch excites you, and you bring a calm, strategic presence to periods of rapid change. With a strong growth mindset and high learning agility, you naturally pivot as business needs evolve. You are an empathetic, collaborative communicator who builds deep trust across diverse cultures, seamlessly coaching executive leaders while remaining hands-on with strategic delivery.

Your background

  • Proven track record as a Senior People Business Partner or HR Director/Head of HR in a fast-paced, global organization
  • Direct experience leading end-to-end organizational transformation, including scaling, post-merger integration, or structural optimization.
  • Proven ability to act as a process architect, building scalable people frameworks from scratch in lean, high-growth operating models.
  • Extensive experience navigating complex international legal landscapes, Works Councils, and diverse cultures across European markets.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of using people analytics to influence senior leadership decisions.

This role is based in our office in London.
