CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER

The Clinical Nurse Manger (CNM) is a direct supervisory leadership role and a key member of the Nursing leadership team. The CNM ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
