The Nonprofit Underwriter is responsible for driving profitable new business growth and managing the performance of an assigned portfolio of nonprofit agents and producers. Serving as the primary relationship manager for assigned agency partners, this role combines underwriting expertise, strategic agency management, and portfolio oversight to influence production, profitability, and portfolio quality.
