Recruiting Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent needs and creating job postings to conducting interviews and extending job offers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support all activities in the recruitment life cycle to include, but not limited to:
• Pro-actively source candidates across the United States,
• Interview and screen prospective candidates via phone, virtual video and/or in-person, face-to-face,
