The Employer Partnerships Manager serves as the business‑to‑business engine for American Career College's Career Services department. The role's primary mandate is to expand and deepen hiring pipelines for Surgical Technologist and, while also cultivating opportunities across all academic programs based on need. Operating both in‑house and in the field, the Specialist builds strategic partnerships with healthcare employers, secures clinical-to-career pathways, and drives placement outcomes that meet or exceed institutional and accreditation benchmarks.
