Backend Software Engineer (Java/Kotlin)

Key responsabilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java/Kotlin applications.
• Work closely with customers to understand business needs and gather technical requirements.
• Attend technical discussions and propose appropriate software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive them to resolution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin and object-oriented software design.
• Extensive experience building and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and enterprise Java development.

Plus:

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
