When you authorize it, AlphaGov may name you as an expert collaborator or key personnel on proposals that match your expertise. AlphaGov is seeking a Business Intelligence / Dashboard Developer to design and build a user-friendly interactive public-sector dashboard that communicates how and where a state environmental agency invests grant and loan funding in water infrastructure — using interactive narratives, graphics, and mapping for officials, stakeholders, funding recipients, and residents.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and narrative data visualizations for public-agency audiences
• Integrate grant/loan and infrastructure investment data into clear maps, charts, and story-driven views
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders on data sources, metrics, and usability
• Deliver production-ready BI artifacts with documentation and handoff materials
• Contribute BI / dashboard qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned

Requirements

Required:

• Hands-on business intelligence / dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable)
• Experience building interactive maps or geospatial data views for non-technical audiences
• Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites

Nice to have:

• Public-sector environmental, infrastructure, or grants-data visualization experience
• Open-data or civic-tech storytelling experience
• Prior New England or state environmental-agency work
