Pay: $45.00–$65.00 per hour

We're looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who loves working with children and wants more flexibility and control over their schedule.

Whether you're looking to supplement another position, work a few days per week, or build a larger caseload over time, we'll work with you to create a schedule that fits your life.

Our Natural Environment program has been a core part of All About Therapy for years and is one that makes us proud We've built a strong, experienced team of therapists, many of whom have been with us long-term, and a model that gives therapists the independence and flexibility they want while still providing the support of an established, therapist-led pediatric practice.

You'll work with children where they live, learn, and play—including homes, daycares, schools, and community settings throughout the Durham, Raleigh and Cary/Apex areas.

Additionally, you’ll have the flexibility and independence of working in the natural environment, while still having experienced clinical leadership, administrative and scheduling support, and a team that understands the unique realities of providing therapy out in the community.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized occupational therapy to pediatric clients in homes, daycares, schools, and other natural environments
• Conduct evaluations and standardized assessments
• Develop functional, individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy
• Partner with parents, caregivers, and educators to support progress in the child's everyday environment
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with other members of the child's care team

Requirements

Qualifications

Required :

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active or eligible North Carolina Occupational Therapy license

Preferred :

• Pediatric OT experience
• Experience with sensory processing differences, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, feeding, fine motor development, or related pediatric needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive clinical team
