Job Description We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager, Hardware Engineering to join our Product Development and Engineering division dedicated to developing, maintaining, and improving innovative life safety solutions. This role requires a balance of leadership and technical expertise, as the Manager, Hardware Engineering will not only guide and mentor a small team of engineers but also actively participate in the product development process.

This is an office based role and requires reporting to our HQ in Baltimore daily.
