Packaging Engineer

The Packaging Engineer is responsible for designing and managing pharmaceutical packaging systems from concept through implementation, ensuring all components and processes work efficiently together. The Packaging Engineer translates client requirements into practical specifications, oversees changes to packaging systems, and supports serialization and compliance in a GMP environment. Acting as a technical expert, the engineer troubleshoots packaging issues, collaborates with operations to optimize performance, and trains team members on new packaging processes.
