HR Culture Programs Specialist

The HR Culture Programs Specialist supports the design, implementation, and coordination of programs that strengthen AIT's culture, employee engagement, and community impact. Reporting to the HR Culture Programs Manager, this role helps deliver global initiatives aligned with AIT's core values focusing on employee experience, recognition, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement. The specialist collaborates with HR teammates, ESG partners, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and accurate reporting of program outcomes.
