Lead Backend Developer

Our Client is a Series C-funded Tech Startup based in Austin, TX seeking a Lead Backend Developer.

Requirements:

• 2+ Years managing web platform development projects and engagements
• 5+ years of professional development experience (python), including writing and optimizing queries.
• 3+ years of direct experience with database optimization techniques
• 3+ years of experience developing and/or managing enterprise-scale PostgreSQL implementations
• 3+ years of experience managing development teams and communicating
• 2+ Years developing on Django ORM and Django REST Framework
• Personality: driven, self-motivated, adaptable, empathetic, energetic, detail-oriented
