RPA Senior Business Analyst

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct process discovery and prepare Discovery & Assessment Reports .
• Define and document business and functional requirements.
• Assess and recommend solutions using Classic RPA and Agentic RPA .
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Apply Agile frameworks and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in RPA, Business Analysis, or Intelligent Automation.
• Strong knowledge of Classic RPA and Agentic RPA .
• Experience in process discovery, assessment, and requirements gathering .
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies .
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate is a plus.
