We’re looking for an organised, proactive Early Careers Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Guildford.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career within inhouse recruitment within a fast-paced professional services environment. You’ll work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, supporting the recruitment of graduates and experienced consultants while helping us deliver a great candidate experience.

No two days will be the same. You’ll coordinate interviews, manage candidates through our ATS, communicate with candidates and stakeholders, support recruitment events and help keep our hiring processes running smoothly.

As you gain experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of more areas of recruitment and contribute to improvements across our Talent Acquisition function.
