Senior Accountant

Position Summary The Senior Accountant will play a critical role within ABT's Finance team, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the organization's financial records. This individual will be responsible for general ledger maintenance, month-end close, grant compliance, and audit support — contributing directly to the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in non-profit accounting, exceptional attention to detail, and the initiative to drive process improvements.This role will report to the Controller.
