ABM is seeking a Director, Maintenance & Operations, to provide strategic and operational leadership for a large, complex facilities maintenance portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, engineering services, asset reliability, regulatory compliance, workforce management, and client satisfaction across a multi-building environment. Manage general operations for 160 acres of real estate composed of 4,245 apartment homes for 12K residents. The Director of Maintenance and Operations will manage a team of 101 full-time employees (89 union and 12 nonunion managers) with shifts running 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Serving as the senior operational leader, the Director will drive service excellence, lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, and oversee financial performance. This position partners closely with clients, union representatives, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional operational results while maintaining a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. This role reports to the Vice President of Operations and is accountable for contract performance, budget management, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and continuous operational improvement.

Pay: $175K-200K The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
