Marketing Designer

We are seeking a Marketing Designer (Middle+/Senior) who blends strong conceptual thinking with active AI integration to drive our iGaming brands. You will own the design process from scratch — crafting high-level storyboards, eye-catching social media campaigns, and full event assets for major global expos (iGB, SBC, ICE). Working closely with the Team Lead and marketing team, you’ll turn brand strategies into high-impact visual solutions with maximum autonomy and minimal routine resizes.

Requirements

• iGaming Industry Experience - 2+ years
• Strong Outstanding Design Portfolio
• Ability to Create Unique and Memorable Design

Key Responsibilities

• Creating Static banners for multiple Social Media channels
• Creating Storyboards & Presentations on high level
• Creating Design for Merchandise for company needs
• Creating Printed Layouts (flyers, posters, printed graphics)
• Layout Adaptation & Creation from scratch

Additional Responsibilities

• Creating simple animations for Social Media banners

Hard skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) - pro level, advanced (5+ years)
• Visual Concepts & Storyboard creation with consideration on company brand style - pro level, advanced
• Artificial Intelligence (Google Nano Banana, Magnific, AI Upscale) - pro level, advanced - (1+ year)
• Composition Skills (applies fundamental design principles to all visual assets based on company brand style) - pro level, advanced
• Brand Style alignment (follows company brand guidelines and identity standards)
• Resizes and scales visual assets for various formats
• Create unique visual solutions that stand out in the market
• Print-Ready File Production (prepare design layouts for various printing)

Additional Skills

• After Effects - beginner, medium level - advantage
• Artificial Intelligence (Seedance, Kling & sound effects) - beginner, medium level - advantage
