Electrician/Conduit Layer

1 Resource Group is seeking skilled and dependable Electricians/Conduit Layers for a project in Texas/Arizona area. The Electrician/Conduit will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes, and safety regulations.

Pay is $33/hr + PW

The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial, industrial, or government construction projects and possess the required to perform electrical work within the state.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Install conduit, cable trays, wiring, lighting systems, panels, switchgear, and related electrical equipment.
• Perform testing and inspections of electrical systems to ensure proper operation and compliance.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), California Electrical Code, project specifications, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, inspectors, and other trades to complete work efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and daily work records.
• Follow all OSHA, company, and client safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of electrical construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation methods, materials, and equipment.
• Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, terminations, and equipment installation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
